What are the required components of the program to achieve Employee Engagement Specialist Certification?
In order to achieve certification, participants will be required to complete all course components including modules, assignments, discussions, readings and various assessments?
I see that it will take 24 weeks to complete, but roughly how much time each week is dedicated to the program?
Once the program begins, each of the modules will be available for two weeks, and participants will be able to complete the module components at their leisure within that two-week period. (4 hours per module or 2 hours per week, on average)
Is this a self-paced program?
Yes, the course is completely self-paced. You can take modules at your convenience. We will release modules every two weeks, and you will have to complete the previous modules before gaining access to the new ones.
Is there any continuing education criteria needed in order to maintain the certification?
There is no continuing education needed to maintain the Employee Engagement Specialist Certification. This program will offer up to 40 SHRM/HRCI credits that participants can use towards their continuing education requirements.
How many SHRM/HRCI credits am I eligible for from taking this course?
You can receive up to 40 SHRM/HRCI credits.

Is this program offered in any languages other than English?
Currently, the Employee Engagement Specialist Certification Program is only available in English. We will be evaluating the demand for offering additional languages as we move forward.
