The AEC Workplace Solutions was founded by noted AEC Industry thought leader Bob Kelleher after repeated requests for Bob to share his employee engagement and leadership experiences and organizational effectiveness best practices. Today, Bob is joined by his team of organizational development and AEC industry experts who share a common goal – helping companies achieve superior business through enhanced employee engagement.
What We Do:
AEC Workplace Solutions works with leadership teams in the AEC industry to implement best-in-class employee engagement surveys, with industry-leading benchmark norms (no one does more surveys for the AEC Industry than us!), confidential leadership 360 assessments, and leadership and employee engagement programs and workshops. In addition, AEC Workplace Solutions hosts the AEC industry’s largest and oldest conference of HR professionals and their operational colleagues, The AEC HR Summit, now in its 16th year.
About Bob Kelleher:
Having been an internal practitioner for many years working within the AEC industry, Bob’s practical approach and willingness to share best practices, coupled with his enthusiastic and passionate delivery, have proven to be a winning formula for audiences worldwide. Bob recently spoke to audiences in Abu Dhabi, Kiev, Beijing, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Warsaw, Belfast, Paris, Mexico, and Ukraine.
Bob has worked with some of the most respected firms in the AEC industry, and is also a frequent conference presenter, including those hosted by the ACEC, ASFE, NSPE, SHRM, The Conference Board, Linkage, Human Capital Institute, Aberdeen, and many more.
Bob founded The Employee Engagement Group (EmployeeEngagement.com), a global engagement solution provider that works with leadership teams in the AEC industry to implement best-in-class employee engagement surveys, with industry-leading benchmark norms. The Employee Engagement Group also works with AEC firms to implement leadership and employee engagement programs and workshops.
Before becoming a speaker, author, and entrepreneur, Bob was the Chief Human Resources Officer for AECOM. Before joining AECOM through an acquisition in 2005, Bob was COO of ENSR, a 3,000-employee international environmental consulting firm. While at ENSR, Bob was also Executive Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources and spearheaded ENSR’s award-winning Employee Engagement programs and initiatives. Bob began his career in the AEC industry working at Metcalf and Eddy.
